If a product you bought is defective, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

How to request a refund

Buyers in the European Union
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, at checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not affect your rights when a product is defective, or the voluntary guarantee above.
